    I love the fall decor but I’m a bit bias as I have that same FALL sign! I need to dig it out and put it up!

    1. Hello, thanks fully it wasn’t my TV (and I should have stated that in the title -) but it was a TV in a community room at my son’s previous condo place.
      Terrible spot to put the TV…. and I am sure they replaced it by now

  6. Of course I know this post is mostly about the broken TV (I’m sorry) but being the home decor junkie that I am, I couldn’t help but spot decor from Hobby Lobby and Target 😉

    1. Well good for you, Marky Marc! I still smile when you knew what my “guess that picture” was when I shared the ceramic essential oil diffuser

      and I don’t shop at either of those stores and so had no idea where the items were from – but I did do a photo shot of some spring items that target sold back in 2016. It is a long story about how that photo shoot came about and I might actually post about it – because I revenant saw one of the bird art pieces in a discarded bin – and it reminded me of the fast life cycle some cheap art has…. I will link you if I get to it (so many ideas for posts and only so much time for making the posts)
      anyhow, the TV wasn’t mine, and they are cheap enough these days so it is not quite the loss it would have been if it was like 15 years ago =
      today’s TV’s are cheap and light

      1. I mostly shop estate sales and antique shops for stuff. I rarely if ever go to Target for home decor because for one thing it’s poor quality and for another, it’s expensive. I get my stuff everywhere, not that I collect like I used to.

        I remember the last “fat” TV I had. I used it as a bedroom set until it went out.

  12. I can almost hear the crack when it happened. Fall is my favorite season so I love all the harvest decor. Today I walked around the neighborhood photographing some of it.

      1. We had a warm spurt, but 30 degrees colder tomorrow – weather whiplash! Our colors are about 10-12 days later so I’m hoping to get some more photos later in the month. Enjoy Fall Yvette – it’s my favorite season.

        1. thankfully large TVs are pretty cheap these days – it amazes us sometimes – because our first large TV was in 2006 and not only was it expensive – it was SUPER HEAVY – but nowadays – they are cheaper and so light !

        I had a hunch that it was something like that about the TV. The photos were so fun and creative, despite the fact the TV didn’t fare well!

        Yes, doing well – recovered from COVID and we’re getting fall projects done! Yay 🙂

      bad place for a pool table – oops
