Consider Holding Up & Csikszentmihalyi’s Flow(#SquareUp Day 20)

This old Bronco is sure holding up well.
With a little repair, these stones are holding up well

.

Now what is this here?? The tree is holding up someone’s belongings. (I can imagine a mother at home, “Did anyone see that green measuring bowl? You know, the one with the yellow handle?”)

This red Solo cup did not hold up very well (and side note – did you know there was a red solo cup song? There is – it is a Toby Keith song and you can check it out here

Okay – while not he topic of “holding up” – check out this video connecting to Csikszentmihalyi’s Flow- it has some ideas to chew on for ways we can hold upsetter and thrive.

  1. Trash. Sigh. Reminds me that one of these days when I walk by the canal I’m going to take a trash bag and wear gloves so I can pick up trash.

  2. My favourite colour …Lime green I have a great coffee perc in that colour Alessi which my daughter brought me years ago although she didn’t like it she knew I did…I’m surprised it didn’t end up with that bowl given I am the only one who likes it in the household 🙂 x Fun post

  3. Yvette, I love the photos and the stones are particularly mesmerising! I feel the tree would become a keeper of lost things – waiting for the owners to discover the obscure items!😀
