Art at Night (#Kindasquare Day 7)

Hello Readers

Here is Day Seven for #Kindasquares – yeah- I made one full week for this challenge – 😊

 Today’s Square Photo: One-of–kind sculpture – “Chloe” at our local art museum Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (VMFA)

The reflection for today is about finding local things to enjoy. I know we are all doing that now more because of the pandemic – but one thing that helped us while being displaced from moves and relocations – was to get busy enjoying the local art and community events.  And the photos today remind me how some art never gets old – and we can experience it in different ways at different times of day. Kind of like how Monet painted the same scene at different times of day to capture different light – well these sculptures at night had a different mood. I am glad the museum rotates art in certain areas and has changing exhibits – but some of the staples at a museum can be enjoyed again and again – with some freshness to be extracted if we just stay open for it –
