STREET SHOT #3: FRIENDSSTREET SHOT #4: DATE NIGHT (CHECK OUT THE BRIGHT BOTTOM OF THOSE SHOES)STREET SHOT #5: WALK: I like this one a lot – not sure why – maybe the wall, the spots on the jeans, the foot up, the shadow, sign, old car to the left with the fender replaced, the newer car down a ways, then the other peeps, trees, and some depth.
WOODEN DOORS AND SWIRLY HOTEL ART
MEETING ROOM DOORS
HOTEL ART 1
HOTEL ART 2
DID YOU LIKE THAT HOTEL ART?
THE ORANGE AND CARPET SHAPES REMINDED ME OF THIS AD FOR CHIHULY ART.
WHOA – WAIT – REALLY? – $100.00 OFF…. (LOL)
THIS NEXT SHOT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF:
(THANKS RENEE) They want the art to be 20% off at least -)
STREET ART FROM ATLANTA
SORRY ABOUT THE LIGHT SPOTS – Do Not have time to edit right now
Thx – I almost left those last two pics out – our hotel was auctioning them off – glad I included them – it reminded me about the way we still remember the greats –
Hope your holiday was awesome today Pam
Much variety in this post – love the black and whites of street life. Not what we used to see much photographed in blogland. A happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
Amazing pics! And someone needed to buy the mandarin basket! 😳 $6000?!!! Wow! Loved the bird chilling in the sink and the kids who are obviously filled with so much joy! 😂
I like your contribution to Norm’s doors and your street shots are just amazing. The bird chillin’ is very funny. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving – it is nearly over. I took most of the day to chill myself and read a little. 🙂
Hi linda – glad you had some R&R –
Same here – we don’t travel far for the holidays (intentional) but sometimes it is hard because your heart wants to travel far to be with family on this traditional holiday – but the trade off is no travel stress and no headaches –
Whew – and guess what? Had a long after dinner walk – chilly and refreshing – and then the buffalo bills won – they are my home team – and rarely play on thanksgiving – and they featured jim kelly and that brought a huge splash of home our way! Perfect day…
Glad you are enjoying the walking Yvette – I have no family left now, so no travels to visit, but I am just as happy to stay home and not fight traffic and get some R&R. I have vowed to stay off the computer more this weekend and until the end of the year and also to get as many miles walked to make my goal. Getting ready to go out once it is light – still dark and gloomy out.
You know me pretty well, Yvette, LOL. As a Yankees fan, Chipper Jones always scared the bejeezus out of me in their October battles. But I miss him just the same. Class act of a dude, on and off the field.
Your story about chipper jones reminds me how we felt as bills fans playing during Dan Marino’s reign (Dan “ducking” Marino)
hope your weekend is going well
Lovely to come back and see your street photography again, Yvette. Really like how each one is not professionally framed but so down to earth – it’s like I’m seeing the streets in your world through your eyes. I also like hotel decorations. They go some way to give the hotel a certain feel and ambience.
Hi M – it truly was nice to see your comment show up today because you have been on my mind today (love when that happens) – and thanks for the nice comment about the images in today’s posts.
hope your weekend is going well and looking forward to catching up 🙂
So kind of you to think of me, Y. It’s always nice to think of someone and then they pop up. Funny how the universe works sometimes. Have a good week ahead 🙂
Love the black and whites Yvette 🙂

The guys on the bench in the street shot look very animated. I’ve never thought of the kitchen sink as a seat, but your turkey friend looks good.

Haha – you are right – that sink makes another seat.

I remember how Marino went on a streak of beating the Bills in Buffalo for a couple years. Being a Dolphins fan, I had no complaints. 😉
