radiant (I was capturing the emerging daffodil, which is truly a delightful gift in early February – and then I noticed that the plum-colored ground cover had a radiating glow – and it had beauty as well.)

    1. yes, P – some warmth is upon us – and I stopped to listen to the birds today – just because it had an early spring vibe – even tho still very much winter….

  1. Absolutely love how you captured the soft sunshine falling over the woods and leaves. It looks so inviting. That drink also looks comforting – hope it was sweet and it filled you up nicely 😊

    1. Hi M – thanks very much. The drink was actually half discarded – it was a porter beer, but way too heavy (I used to love that type) and nobody else wanted to finish it. I included it because I thought it went with the wrod somewhat – and thought the brown-tan color foam matched the nature vibe with the other photos…

      1. It did NOT look like beet at all. You got me fooled 😀 You gave the drink one last hurrah by making it look oh so good… It is very matching indeed. Nothing is too small or minute to beautiful, and I like how you show that through your photography.

    1. Hi YC – and spring is sneaking in even though I guess February is supposed to be a snowy month (
and check this out what is coming this week:

“On rare occasions, the arrival of a full moon is accompanied by another spectacular celestial event. This Friday, February 10, we’re getting not one, not two, but three major astronomical occurrences: the Full Snow Moon, an eclipse, and a comet. This will be a triple threat for the ages….” http://www.refinery29.com/2017/02/139614/february-full-snow-moon

Oh – and that drink was actually not finished by me – way too heavy -dumped half of it – it was a porter – but much too heavy for me. It looks like rootbeer doesn’t it?
