    1. – well regarding foods and health – I have come to appreciate fruits and veggies so much more. Buy seasonal items and rotate options – definitely minimized by many – but those fruits and veggies are jam packed with phytonutrients – vitamins – fiber and crucial enzymes …. even just a few bites can make a powerful difference in the body….
